Purchasing from Alchemy Art Studio LLC constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions.      

• Orders typically ship in 3 - 5 business days. 

• You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information. 

• We are unable to make any changes once your order ships. If an item is returned for bad address information, you are responsible for charges to ship back out to you. We work hard to ensure an accurate color portrayal for our items. Due to differences in screen color and brightness calibration settings, differences in color may occur. 

• Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order. 

• If your item arrives damaged, please take as many pictures as possible and submit them to us via the email provided to you in your shipment.  Claims to the applicable parcel carrier will not be made without appropriate photographs and a description of your issue.

• Cancellations, returns, exchanges are not accepted.
